 Dr. Mich Veldman Dr. Mich Veldman is one of the top photographers in the Waterberg region. His long time passion for photography has motivated others to try harder & to take better photographs. He is also an enthusiastic birder with a special interest in bird photography. As all who have tried will know it is a very difficult subject. It takes hours of patience & suffering through a lot of frustrating attempts, to get a few good photo's. Some of the photo's were taken in the Waterberg area, & show the splendor of our natural environment. Dr. Veldman also have a great love of mountains, & many of his great photo's were taken in mountainous country. This includes the Drakensberg, the Waterberg Mountains, Kilimanjaro, Mount Everest & Mount Kenya. An excellent setting can make an ordinary photograph a masterpiece.
